Robert Dorrough, Founder & President of The God of Hope Ministries.

He is a former campus police chief from Dallas, TX. In 2000, Robert left his career to go and share the message that “God is the God of Hope” in Texas prisons in Dallas, TX.
In 2005, he moved his family and ministry to Austin, Texas and in 2006 opened their first faith-based dormitory at the Travis State Jail where they are providing intensive discipleship and Christian training to male inmates. In May 2009, they opened their first women’s faith-based dormitory at the prison in Lockhart, Texas.
Robert also serves as a Volunteer Chaplain at the Travis Unit in Austin, Texas. He enjoys spending time with his wife and his daughter, and loves bike riding, fishing and traveling.

Ray Mungia, Realtor & Owner of Mungia Real Estate

With 19 years of real estate experience he is passionate about leveraging his industry expertise to support meaningful causes. As a dedicated real estate broker and advisor, he has consistently been a top producer in the Greater Austin area, serving a diverse range of clients—from young professionals to retirees. Known for his strategic marketing, savvy negotiation skills, and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction, Ray is excited to bring his expertise to the non-profit sector, helping advance its mission through thoughtful real estate strategies.
Born and raised in East Austin, he has deep-rooted knowledge of the city’s neighborhoods, market trends, and local amenities. He has built a trusted network of families and colleagues, which he continues to expand through his role as a real estate advisor. Outside of work, he has been happily married for over 24 years, and together with his wife, they are raising three wonderful children and a beloved dog.
He is proud to serve both his community and the families he helps through his work, combining his love for real estate with his dedication to giving back.

Wafae Owen, Office Manager, Live Oak Partners

She manages daily operations for the venture capital firm supporting executives and investors in achieving the firm’s goals. She has a master’s degree in business administration and management and over 30 years of experience in project management, administration, human resources, sales, marketing, budgeting, policies and procedures, contract negotiation, public relations, public speaking, and customer service.
She is the former 2022-2024 Toastmaster Region Advisor in Texas supporting 8 Districts in the USA and Mexico. She has been in Toastmasters over 24 years and is a co-founder of the Lakeline Toastmasters Club in Cedar Park, Texas. Wafae enjoys reading, dancing, cooking, and practicing yoga. Thank you Wafae for offering your expertise in public speaking, content writing, editing, event production, policies, and staff management.

Renee Van Nifterik, Life-CCMC Lifestyle Director for the Shadow Glen community in Manor, TX

She is a former founder of a 501c3 non-profit with grant writing and fundraising experience and is a part-time business owner. She enjoys organizing events and creating community in ShadowGlen. She and her husband have been married over 25 years.

Kaye Kemper Lowak, Owner, Austin Family Magazine

Kaye has owned and managed the Austin Family Magazine publication for over 25 years.

Barb Nizza, Director, YWAM Ozarks

She has been the Director of YWAM Ozarks for over 15 years.

Andrew Stasio, Attorney, Legal Shield
